How to use each cleaner

Use each cleaner separately in its intended appliance. Follow its label and the appliance manual.

Dishwasher Cleaner & Deodorizer Tablets

1. Empty the dishwasher: Remove all dishes. Use the cleaner alone, without dish detergent or another cleaner.
2. Add 1 tablet: Remove the wrapper and place one tablet in the detergent dispenser. Use only one tablet per cycle.
3. Run the machine: Choose Normal, or the dedicated machine-cleaning cycle if available.
4. Let it dry: After the cycle, open the door to let the interior air-dry when safe.

Routine care: one tablet twice a month. For the first cleaning or a heavily soiled machine, repeat with a separate cleaning cycle if needed. Maintain the filter as your appliance manual directs.

For household dishwashers, including stainless-steel and white interiors.

For cleaning an empty dishwasher. This is not detergent for washing dishes.

Coffee Maker Cleaner Tablets

1. Prepare and dissolve: Remove pods, coffee and grounds. Fill the reservoir to its maximum fill line with water, add one unwrapped tablet and wait until it fully dissolves.
2. Run without coffee: Single-serve: run two cycles at the largest cup setting, emptying the cup after each. Drip or multi-cup: run one full cycle at the largest setting.
3. Refill for rinsing: Discard the remaining cleaning solution and collected water. Refill the reservoir to the maximum line with fresh water.
4. Flush, then refill: Single-serve: run two more largest-cup cycles. Drip or multi-cup: run one more full cycle. Discard rinse water, empty any reservoir remainder and refill with fresh water before brewing.

Complete any additional rinses required by your machine’s cleaning program. Keep coffee out of all cleaning and rinse cycles.

For drip and single-serve coffee makers. For espresso machines, check the approved cleaner and reservoir-cleaning procedure first; backflushing requires a separate method.

Garbage Disposal Cleaner & Deodorizer Tablets

1. Start with an empty disposal: With the disposal off, run a strong stream of hot water for one minute.
2. Reduce the flow: Turn the water down to a very thin trickle, narrower than a pencil, and aim the faucet away from the drain.
3. Add and run: Unwrap one tablet and place it inside the disposal opening without reaching into the unit. For a first cleaning or heavy buildup, use two tablets. Keep the water running and operate the disposal for about one minute.
4. Finish the rinse: If foam rises into the sink, keep both the disposal and water running until it drains. Rinse away remaining sink foam, then switch off the disposal.

Routine care: clean twice a month, or when odors return. Keep hands and utensils out of the disposal.
