How is this different from the original formula?
The pet-owner formula uses enzymes to help loosen trapped pet hair, grime and odor-causing buildup. The original formula targets detergent residue, grime and mineral buildup. Both clean the washing machine.
Will it work with my washing machine?
Yes. It works with all washing machine types, including top-load, front-load, HE, compact and washer/dryer combos. Use the washer cleaning cycle, not dryer mode.
Can I leave pet blankets in the washer?
No. Remove all clothing and bedding. Use the cleaner alone, without laundry detergent, bleach or another cleaning product.
Where does the tablet go?
Unwrap one tablet and place it directly in the empty drum, not the detergent drawer. Use Clean Washer, or a hot Normal cycle with the largest available water level.
How often should I use it?
Use one tablet twice a month. A 24-tablet pack covers 12 months at this routine, before any additional cleaning cycles.
What is in the pet-owner cleaning blend?
An enzyme blend helps loosen trapped pet hair, grime and odor-causing buildup. The formula also contains sodium carbonate, citric acid, sodium percarbonate, Laureth-9 and supporting ingredients. No added fragrance.
