How to use each cleaner

Use each cleaner separately in its intended appliance. Follow its label and the appliance manual.

Washing Machine Cleaner Tablets for Pet Owners

1. Start empty: Remove all laundry. Use the cleaner by itself, without detergent or another cleaning product.
2. Add 1 tablet: Unwrap and place one tablet directly in the drum. Keep it out of the detergent drawer.
3. Run a hot cycle: Choose Clean Washer, or Normal with hot water. If your washer has a load-size setting, select the largest available option.
4. Wipe and dry: On front-load models, wipe loosened residue from the door gasket. Leave the door open to dry when safe.

Routine care: one tablet twice a month. Heavy use may require more frequent cleaning. Remove visible hair from accessible seals and filters as your washer manual directs.

For front-load, top-load and high-efficiency washing machines.

Cleans the machine; it does not wash pet bedding or replace filter maintenance.

Pet Water Fountain Cleaner Tablets

Choose the dose for the actual amount of cleaning water, from 1 to 16 L. For example, 3.2 L uses 1 tablet. For amounts below 1 L or above 16 L, contact support before use.

1. Prepare the fountain: Turn off and unplug the fountain. Drain it completely and remove the filter(s). Keep pets away during cleaning.
2. Add the tablets: Remove the tablet wrapper(s). Add the number of tablets shown in the water-volume table for the cleaning water you will use.
3. Dissolve in warm water: Add warm water. Wait 3 minutes for the tablet(s) to dissolve.
4. Circulate and drain: Run the fountain for 15–20 minutes, then unplug and drain the cleaning solution completely. Do not let pets drink during cleaning.
5. Rinse with fresh water: Add fresh water, run the fountain for 2 minutes, then unplug and drain. Complete 2–3 rinses in total until no residue remains.
6. Finish and refill: Wipe the surfaces, replace the filter(s) and refill with fresh drinking water.

For heavy buildup, run a second cleaning cycle with fresh tablets at the dose shown in the table for the actual cleaning-water volume, then rinse again until no residue remains. Follow your fountain manufacturer’s cleaning and filter-replacement schedule.

Keep pets away until all cleaning solution is drained, no residue remains after rinsing and the fountain is refilled with fresh drinking water.

Pet fountains and removable parts whose manufacturers allow this type of cleaner.

Never add cleaner to drinking water or leave it accessible to pets.
