TL;DR: No. Run the milk-carafe rinse after use and follow its separate full-wash conditions.
Match the HOT or COOL carafe
The U.S. De’Longhi Magnifica Duo ECAM33080SXB uses separate LatteCrema HOT and COOL carafes. Identify yours before applying a cleaning interval from another machine.
Refrigerating a partly filled container and repeatedly adding fresh milk can make its last full wash easy to lose track of. Note the carafe you used, when you last washed every part, and how it has been stored. Those details matter more than someone else’s weekly routine.
After milk drinks
Keep this Duo’s carafe attached and let Clean finish. Catch hot water and steam in a cup, staying clear.
After Clean, fully wash the carafe if milk is empty or insufficient for another drink.
With enough milk remaining, refrigerate it immediately: HOT at most two days, COOL one day. More than 30 minutes out of refrigeration requires full washing. These are model-specific care limits, not a milk-safety guarantee.
For washing, switch off, finish the shutdown rinse, then unplug with dry hands and cool. Follow the carafe’s full instructions for washing, thorough rinsing, drying and refitting. Keep the machine out of water.
Keep the reservoir treatment separate
GOHALL Coffee Maker Cleaner Tablets use a dissolved-tablet reservoir procedure in compatible brewers. For espresso machines, check the approved reservoir-cleaning product and method first. That listing does not authorize a milk-carafe wash or a milk-system cleaning cycle.
Do not add GOHALL to the milk, wipe a lid with its solution or send it through the frothing path. The brewer tablet and rinse guide covers the permitted water-path task. Steam-wand milk cleanup is a separate method for a different assembly.
Before refrigeration
Must I empty milk before Clean?
Keep leftover milk in this Duo’s attached carafe during Clean. The full-wash conditions still apply.
